Cancellation Policy

Spirit-Led Coaching with Reta Wilson 📌 Overview This policy outlines the expectations, procedures, and boundaries for all coaching services offered through The Refining Room. These sessions are rooted in biblical truth, prayer, and spiritual growth. My goal is to provide a safe and Spirit-led space for you to heal, discover purpose, and walk boldly with God. ✅ Scheduling & Booking All coaching sessions must be booked in advance through the online calendar on the website. Sessions are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking. 💳 Payment Policy Payment is required before the session begins. Coaching is charged per session no multi-session packages or payment plans are currently available. All payments must be submitted through the website’s secure booking system. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable. In case of an emergency, you may reach out directly. Grace may be extended at my discretion. 🤍 Confidentiality All sessions are kept private and confidential unless legally obligated to disclose (e.g., danger to self or others). You are encouraged to come open and ready to grow in your walk with God.
